Rakesh established VALUE3D in 2017, with a strong vision of creating employment opportunities to people of Rural areas as well, by not restricting the radar only to the approachable limits, which is Urban area.

With a strong background in mechanical engineering, he has a track record of accelerating the growth and revenues of organizations like Infosys, Magnasoft and Tech-Mahindra, ensuring that while we are experiencing today, we are also preparing for an uncertain tomorrow.

With over 15+ years of experience and being a skilled entrepreneur, specializing in marketing strategies and technologies that focus on customer engagement, satisfaction and experience which emphasizes sales and outreach to customers, thus leading to result orientation, brand creation and capturing more revenue.

He strongly believes that the success of an organization and individual is co-related and are determined by these principles: Client Centricity, Commitment, Communication, Discipline and Transparency.

Besides work, he enjoys spending time with his family along with his pet, collections of unique diecast cars, enhancing skills on photography and learning new things by exploring to understand the various line of businesses with its pros and cons.

On a personal front, he is passionate and dedicated towards making society and animals’ hunger free by contributing back to society accordingly.

He also plays a significant role in shaping the career path for freshers and youngsters by guiding and motivating them on how to build the career, and to his employees he gives the freedom to drive ideas, enables them to take ownership for implementation thus by ensuring it to be aligned along with the company values.
