NIRANTARA – An initiative by VALUE3D FOUNDATION
As a part of our Corporate social responsibility, Nirantara was established to support the less privileged sections of society, create opportunities and strive towards a more equitable society. As we all know that Corporate social responsibility is a business’s commitment towards its environmental impact, and the impact of its operations on society. We are ensuring in taking steps to reduce our carbon footprints, by embracing our responsibility of creating a positive impact for the communities in which we work and live, by engaging our employees to build relationships with others in the community as well as amongst themselves, thus assuring to help those in need.
Education programs play an important role in this movement toward involving the whole child. Education can be thought of as the transmission of the values and accumulated knowledge of the society, as it is designed to guide them in learning a culture, molding their behavior in the ways of adulthood, and directing them toward their eventual role in society.
Children were distributed with school bags to ensure that they have proper medium to carry the books and a way to motivate them to walk to school without giving any second thought.
Our employees volunteer to transform knowledge and help children to mould their life as part of their routine during the non-working hours.
- Helping community during Covid-19 Pandemic
Essentials supply relief campaign was undertaken during the COVID wave and the national lockdown, as COVID-19 pandemic has inflicted immense misery and suffering on people. The lockdown had left the labourers, daily-wage earners, and homeless struggling for essentials like food for survival. The financial impact, especially on families that survive on daily income have been far-reaching thus affecting migrant workers, laborers, domestic help servants, taxi drivers, the urban poor and other vulnerable groups leaving them helpless.
We as a company develop a more holistic understanding of how health and wellness are
also linked to other important social and environmental challenge. We stand
committed to our CSR initiatives by conducting regular and free Checkup and
Diagnostic camps, for creating awareness of general health among the people, provide
general health care services and counseling them on basic healthcare and hygiene.
As a special care, we also arranged to conduct the medical camp exclusively for young children by renowned Pediatricians, to ensure child safety.
We as part of our responsibility in contributing towards our society, we make sure to help to keep our surroundings clean, plant saplings, also encouraging vertical gardens.
VALUE3D is also partnering with various Establishments & NGO’s by promoting their activities through financial help. VALUE3D also wishes to play a very large role by educating the citizens of the local area to become responsible corporate citizens.
